L'histoire se répète: le 26 juin 1914 un terroriste serbe de Bosnie Gavrilo Princip commit l'attentat à Sarajevo contre l' archiduc François - Ferdinand héritier de l' Empire austro-hongrois, et son épouse la duchesse de Hohenberg, l'événement déclencheur de la Première guerre de 1914 à 1918, une guerre causa environs 18,6 millions de pertes humaines.(Jean des Cars 2011).

Le 06 avril 1994, un terroriste international tutsi Kagame Paul, et chef du mouvement armé génocidaire  "Front patriotic  pour le Rwanda (FPR)" composé  par les TUTSIS, commettant l'attentat à Kigali contre l'avion civil, tuant deux présidents HUTUS  ( le rwandais Juvénal Habyarimana et le Burundais Cyprien Ntaryamira). Cet attentat perpétré par les néo-nazie génocidaires du FPR s'est  soldé également par la mort du chef  d' État - Major des Forces Armées rwandaises (FAR) le Général Déogratias Nsabimana, toutes les hautes autorités qui avaient accompagné ces chefs d'États ainsi que les membres d'équipage de nationalité française.

Après avoir commis l'irréparable, les génocidaires regroupés dans le mouvement maudit FPR et dirigés par le stupide génocidaire Kagame Paul, le plus sanguinaire de l'histoire de l'humanité, actuel  à la tête du Rwanda, ont demandé le départ immédiat des soldats onusiens MINOIR qui étaient au Rwanda, dans le but  de mettre en œuvre sans aucun obstacle leur mission de tuer le plus grand nombre possible des populations rwandaises." Après cet acte ignoble  qui transforme le Rwanda en bain de sang, ces génies malfaisant, terroristes génocidaires tutsis du FPR, ont pris  le pouvoir à Kigali, où ils dirigent le Rwanda d'une main de fer. Leur plan de génocide ne se limitent pas seulement au Rwanda; depuis 20 ans,  ils traversent la frontière pour massacrer les populations au Congo,  et ailleurs. Ils cherchent en vain à  instaurer l' empire "hima-tutsi" dans toute la région des Grands Lacs, et à accomplir leur plan d'inversion démographique de la population des grands Lacs. C'est le plan" Hidden demographic Shuter" HDS qui consiste à tuer le plus grand nombre des HUTUS et des BANTUS de la région, pour que leur nombre soit inférieur à celui des TUTSIS de la région. C'est ça le secret caché du pouvoir d'une main de fer des génocidaires du FPR au Rwanda qui espèrent à régner toute la Région à jamais. " Rien n'est plus dangereux au monde que la véritable ignorance et la stupidité consciencieuse" (Martin Luther King). On peut se demander comment les politiques surtout anglo-saxonnes soutiennent  ce danger public, le génocidaire Kagame Paul? C'est par l'ignorance? C'est à cause de l'or, diamant, ou coltan....du Congo?  Comment un homme sauvage comme kagome Paul peut avoir des association délateurs comme CPCR d'Alain Gauthier -Nyirarumogi Dafroza qui le soutiennent en Occident moderne pour faire "la chasse à l'homme" comme cet animal kagome  fait au Rwanda!?
