"He maintains that Rwanda needs a strong government to prevent a return to ethnic conflict." (BBC)

 

This BBC interpretation of Kagame's regime is extremely  wrong. This is poor judgment by BBC reporters.  It shows how BBC reporters are incompetent and are supporting   the war criminal Paul Kagame.

 

Having a strong government does not mean that you have to kill  your political opponents, jail  or exile them. You do not need to be a  killer and dictator to maintain a strong government. This can be achieved  in a democratic way. As strong government is democratic, transparent and open to critics and freedom of expression.

Kagame has blood in his hands are remain unpunished for his war crimes. He even tried to kill his opponents on British soil. But British politicians, consultants,  corrupt people, unemployed people  looking for work in Rwanda  are still  behind him and  are venerating him. They have benefited from the Rwandan  genocide than anybody else in the world.

Le plus criminel des chefs d'état, Paul Kagame, vient d'éliminer son ancienne taupe Patrick Karegeya

L'opposition rwandaise en exil est en émoi suite à l'assassinat de Patrick Karegeya ancien patron des services secrets extérieurs du Rwanda. Le colonel Patrick Karegeya était un expert des situations de conflits, et ayant été mis à la porte en 2006, le métier ne l'avait pas quitté.

Né en Ouganda en 1960 à Mbarara, Patrick Karegeya avait obtenu un diplôme en Droit à l'université de Makerere. Dès lors il avait été un agent de recrutement des jeunes  pour les rebelles de la NRA, qui prendra le pouvoir en 1986 en Ouganda. Il fut arrêté en juin 1982 et jeté en prison où il passera 3 ans avant de rejoindre Yoweri Museveni dans le Luwero jusqu'à la prise du pouvoir par les rebelles de la NRA. Il sera le Vice-Directeur du contre-espionnage dans les services secrets ougandais, chargé de la coordination des services de renseignements extérieurs. Il prépara avec Yoweri Museveni l'invasion du Rwanda. Après la prise du pouvoir par le FPR au Rwanda en juillet 1994, il devient Directeur général du service de renseignements extérieurs de l'Armée Patriotique Rwandaise. A ce poste il prépara l'invasion du Congo avec son cortège d'exactions contre les populations civiles (viols et massacres) qui feront plusieurs millions de morts. Two days ago, the Rwandan opposition platform confirmed the assassination of key figure Colonel Patrick Karegeya, found dead in a Johannesburg Hotel. Yesterday his body has been transferred from the Hotel Michelangelo Towers to the mortuary for further police investigation. The circumstances of his death are clearer. New information suggests that he has been strangled with a rope by many assailants hidden inside a hotel room where Karegeya was supposed to meet a Rwandan businessman " Appolo" who has disappeared since.

 

"His body was found in the hotel room" said police spokeswoman Lt. Col. Katlego Mogale. "A towel with blood and a rope were found in the hotel room safe. There is a possibility that he might have been strangled".

 

It has been established that the slain opposition leader went to the hotel for a meeting with this contact, after a phone call.

 

Similar assassination attempts against Rwandan opposition key figures have occurred in South Africa. General Kayumba, the former Army Chief of staff, narrowly survived a double attempt in June 2010 in Johannesburg. Foreign security services in many other countries i.e. Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, UK, France, Belgium, USA, Sweden, Finland, etc… have warned and investigated assassination threats of Rwandan opposition and critics, or attempts, kidnappings, by Rwandan intelligence services operatives.

 

Amahoro People's Congress, FDU- INKINGI, and Rwanda National Congress remind all members of opposition parties, especially those living in exile to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities to the nearest police station.

 

We will continue to update you on this tragic death as new information comes in.

Les consulat ou ambassade du Rwanda en Afrique du Sud "pourraient"
être fermés. Quelle folie cette aventure: envoyer un commando
"militaire" tuer un exilé à l'étranger. Même le Mossad ou la CIA y
pensent par deux fois vu les conséquences diplomatiques. Ces
opérations ne sont autorisées en dernier ressort que par le chef de
l'état en personne.
