Mwe mwivugira ko mutagambiriye guhaka cyangwa kugena imyanzuro y'ibihugu by'Afurika, nyamara kandi ibikorwa by'u Bufaransa n'u Burayi ; haba mu rwihisho cyangwa ku mugaragaro, bigaragaza ko ibyo muvuga ntaho bihuriye n'ukuri. 
Usibye no kwivanga muri gahunda z'ibindi bihugu kandi, hari n'ako kamenyero ko kumva ko ari uguhora mwigisha. Ntibyumvikana namba, simbona aho u Bufaransa n'u Burayi bakura uburenganzira bwo kwigisha ibindi bihugu gukora neza.
Ntanyuze ku ruhande, ndagira ngo mbabwire ku gihugu mbamo kandi nzi neza, mbanyemo neza n'abanyamahanga ndetse n'Abanyarwanda ubwabo.
Ndemera neza ko byose atari shyashya mu Rwanda, n'ubwo hari indorerezi mpuzamahanga nka Pascal Lamy bita ibyo mu Rwanda « Igitangaza ».
Ntagiye kure, u Rwanda rufite umutekano wo ku rwego mpuzamahanga, mu buzima u Rwanda rurahebuje muri Afurika, Guverinoma igizwe n'abagore 64% ( indashyikirwa), uburezi bw'ibanze kuri buri mwana, iterambere ry'ubukungu rya 7%, n'ibindi. 
Sinakwirengagiza igabanuka ry'ubukene n'irangira ry'imiturire mu kajagari ; iki gihugu gifite isuku idasanzwe haba mu mijyi cyangwa mu byaro, n'ibindi n'ibindi.
Abanyarwanda ubwabo bazi neza ko imibereho yabo itera imbere. Nyinshi mu ndorerezi zikurikirana u Rwanda zibonera ko ubukungu buzamuka, uburezi sinakubwira, ubuzima ndetse n'umutekano. Abagabo n'abagore bo mu Rwanda, ni nk'abandi baturage b'isi. Bafite uko babona imikorere y'abayobozi babo, bagendeye ku buzima bwabo bwa buri munsi, bwaba busubira inyuma cyangwa butera imbere. Nta wundi rero bakwitirira ibyo bagezeho atari ababayobora, barangajwe imbere na Kagame Paul.
Ku bw'ibyo, kuba manda ya Kagame izarangira 2017 bihangayikishije benshi mu Banyarwanda, kuko ari umugabo ureba kure, wabitangiye akaniyemeza kubateza imbere.
Ubu batangiye kumusaba ngo azongere yiyamamaze, kandi bisaba guhindura Itegeko Nshinga. Nyakubahwa Perezida, ibyo bizaterwa n'ubushake bw'Abanyarwanda kandi bibari ku mutima.
Abanyarwanda nibasabwa kwemeza niba Itegeko Nshinga rihindurwa cyangwa riguma uko riri, umwanzuro uzava muri bo, kandi na Nyakubahwa Kagame nk'uko asanzwe, azubaha ibyo Abanyarwanda bemeje, nk'uko n'abandi bagabo b'inyangamugayo babigenza.
Ariko kandi, ibivuye mu matora nibimusaba gukora ibyo abavandimwe b'Abanyarwanda bamushinze, azabikora atijana, yuse ikivi yatangiye, cyo kubakira icyizere igihugu cyaranzwe n'amateka.

Dear Mulindwa and mates, we follow your discussion with a mixture of pleasure and sadness as it recall us the Hutu-Tutsi history in Rwanda. You are Ugandan at same time African. You laid very pathetic words with that ''history of Amin against Acholi and Langi tribes..., Obote's boat transporting Acholi's and Langi's to Tanzania...,  belief of a state of Acholi that Iddi Amin crossed the border to simply attack...''.  
Yes this kind of trick and fraud exploited by some people in Africa is real sir. That is one of the major reasons Africa will always be under the boot of foreigners for development and peace  as you cannot have a united Africa while tribes are hunting each other unjustly!
 
But we are very amazed and surprised with your concluding sentence saying : ''Now I am done with it. It is the first time I am seeing people creating a baby and running from it. Mulindwa'' 
 
How can it be it is only now you are seeing such a behaviour? Where were you when this started in Rwanda neighbouring Uganda from 1990-1994? Were you in impossibility to read the historic dissertations of Prof M. Mamdani entitled: ''When victims became killers"? Or maybe you closed your eyes as it was not a Uganda problem, but that of Rwandese carrying the baby born in Uganda with its stinking drops?

George Okello himself, Edward Pojim, we had another kid from the north that has somehow these days stopped to post, all state that Amin committed atrocities in the Acholi land and that is why they justify the recruiting of Acholi's and sending them to Tanzania. George Okello himself said that this own father was recruiting them from his own bed room, his bed room is not in Nakaseke sir. The term was started and massively used by Acholi's and Langis to gain sympathy at home and at the international community. And so they did.

[RwandaLibre] RDC: les déclarations d’Hollande font mouche au sein de l’opposition

 

Les déclarations de François Hollande au sommet de la Francophonie de Dakar sont très commentées à Kinshasa. Le président français a lancé une mise en garde aux pays où « les règles constitutionnelles sont malmenées et où l'alternance est empêchée ». Alors que le débat sur une possible révision constitutionnelle défraie la chronique en RDC, le parti d'opposition Union pour la nation congolaise (UNC) de Vital Kamerhe s'est félicité hier des propos de Francois Hollande à Dakar et a agité le spectre d'une réédition des événements du Burkina Faso version congolaise.

Le ton est ferme. C'est à la limite un défi lancé au pouvoir. L'UNC appelle le peuple congolais à se lever comme un seul homme à la manière du peuple burkinabè et faire échec à toutes tentatives de révision ou de changement de la Constitution.
Le parti de Vital Kamerhe invite ainsi l'opposition, la société civile et l'ensemble du peuple congolais à taire les querelles intestines pour gagner le combat de la démocratie et de l'Etat de droit. « La direction politique nationale de l'UNC appelle toutes les forces nationales acquises aux valeurs républicaines à faire bloc pour protéger la Constitution et entrer démocratiquement et définitivement cette démocratie dans les habitudes et la vie des Congolais, a déclaré Jolino Makelele, porte-parole de l'UNC, à RFI. En même temps, elle invite le peuple congolais à se lever comme un seul homme et à se prendre en charge pour barrer la route aux imposteurs et autres réfractaires au changement. »
La position de la France saluée
La position de la France au dernier sommet de la Francophonie à Dakar est saluée par l'UNC qui estime que cette position rejoint celles des Forces acquises au changement (FAC), des évêques et des Etats-Unis qui rejettent toute révision constitutionnelle dans l'intérêt personnel des ténors du pouvoir.
Le leader de l'UNC renchérit sur son porte-parole et dénonce l'objectif du recensement de la population organisé par les autorités de Kinshasa : « Nous devons éviter à notre nation un chaos que personne ne saurait arrêter. Ils [le pouvoir] ont créé l'Onip, l'Office national d'identification de la population. Ils disent que c'est pour faire le recensement. Mais c'est un piège, nous le voyons. Et nous disons [que] le recensement qu'on est en train de vouloir faire, c'est pour retarder tout simplement les élections. »
Et Vital Kamerhe d'exiger « un calendrier clair qui définit les étapes essentielles de telle sorte que quatre-vingt-dix jours avant le 19 décembre 2016 à minuit, date de la fin du deuxième et dernier mandat du président Kabila, nous organisions les élections présidentielles et législatives nationales. »

L'un des co-accusés du célèbre musicien rwandais Kizito Mihigo, jugé à Kigali pour conspiration contre le gouvernement, a affirmé avoir été torturé après son arrestation, vendredi à la reprise du procès.
Le soldat démobilisé Jean-Paul Dukuzumuremyi est accusé, avec Kizito Mihigo et deux autres personnes, d'entente en vue de commettre un assassinat, de complicité dans un acte terroriste et de conspiration contre le gouvernement du président Paul Kagame.
Le chanteur a plaidé coupable, ses co-accusés non coupable.
Vendredi, M. Dukuzumuremyi a raconté son arrestation "sous la menace d'une arme" par des hommes qui lui ont "bandé les yeux", l'ont "frappé et emmené dans un endroit qu'(il) ne connaissai(t) pas".
"Pendant des jours, j'ai été torturé, je ne pouvais manger qu'une fois par semaine", a-t-il poursuivi. "J'ai perdu le fil des jours", a-t-il encore dit, ajoutant avoir compris plus tard être resté enfermé un mois.
"J'ai été forcé de plaider coupable de crimes que je n'avais pas commis", a dénoncé le soldat démobilisé. "Toutes les accusations sont fabriquées, ils voulaient quelqu'un avec un passé militaire à épingler aux côtés de Kizito Mihigo".
Vendredi, le chanteur, qui en plaidant coupable à l'ouverture de son procès avait demandé la clémence du jury, a lui récusé ses avocats.

Les deux autres personnes accusées dans ce procès sont le journaliste Cassien Ntahumanga et Agnes Niyibizi, à qui l'on reproche d'avoir servi de trésorière au Congrès national rwandais (RNC), parti d'opposition en exil considéré comme "terroriste" par Kigali.
Kizito Mihigo, un rescapé du génocide de 1994, est plus spécifiquement accusé par la police d'avoir mobilisé des jeunes pour le RNC et pour les Forces démocratiques de libération du Rwanda (FDLR), groupe rebelle hutu rwandais lui aussi en exil et dont des membres sont accusés d'avoir activement participé au génocide contre les Tutsi.
La semaine dernière, Cassin Ntahumanga avait déjà affirmé avoir été détenu illégalement toute une semaine par la police, ajoutant que des aveux lui avaient alors été extorqués sous une torture psychologique.
Les quatre accusés ont été arrêtés en avril, quand le Rwanda commémorait le 20e anniversaire du génocide de 1994.
Selon la police, les quatre accusés préparaient des attentats pour venger la mort de l'un des fondateurs du RNC, Patrick Karegeya, ancien chef des services de renseignement rwandais, retrouvé mort étranglé en Afrique du Sud début 2014.
