Nous vous prions de diffuser largement ce communiqué spécial pour arrêter un probable nouveau complot qui serait dirigé contre les réfugiés rwandais cantonnés dans les camps de KISANGANI, de KANYABAYONGA (près de Goma au Nord-KIVU et de WALUNGU (près de Bukavu au Sud-Kivu)
« Mieux vaut prévenir que guérir » est un proverbe à prendre au sérieux. Le CLIIR préfère lancer SOS pour les réfugies rwandais qui sont pourchassés depuis de nombreuses années en RDC en toute impunité.
Nous attachons à notre Communiqué Spécial de ce samedi 24 mars 2018 notre ancien  Mémorandum adressé au gouvernement de la RDC le 20 novembre 2002 lors d'une autre tentative de rapatriement forcé des réfugiés rwandais cantonnés à KAMINA il y a 16 ans déjà.
 
EXTRAIT: « Le Centre de Lutte contre l'Impunité et l'Injustice au Rwanda (CLIIR*) lance un SOS pour secourir les réfugiés rwandais en RDC au cas où l'information suivante serait vrai : « avec la complicité de certains officiels congolais qui auraient été corrompus par le régime totalitaire du président rwandais Paul Kagame, deux avions de transports de troupes seraient arrivés à KISANGANI en provenance du Rwanda dans la nuit du vendredi 23 au samedi 24/03/2018. Selon un scénario de kidnapping classique, un contingent de 150 militaires rwandais serait sur le point d'être déployés autour des camps de Kisangani pour rapatrier de force les réfugiés Hutus qui sont cantonnés dans ces camps de KISANGANI et dans deux autres camps de KANYABAYONGA (près de Goma au Nord-Kivu) et de WALUNGU (pres de Bukavu au Sud-Kivu). Il s'agit de réfugiés hutus rescapés des massacres de 1996 à 1997 commis par l'Armée Patriotique Rwandaise (APR) en RDC et qualifiés de crimes contre l'humanité dans le Rapport Mapping de l'ONU publié le 01-10-2010 et couvrant la période de 1993 à 2003.

Les deux avions seraient utilisés pour rapatrier de force les réfugiés du camp de Kisangani, car il est très éloigné du Rwanda. Le rapatriement forcé des réfugiés de KANYABAYONGA et WALUNGU serait opéré par route, car le KIVU c'est à côté du Rwanda.

ALERT: IMMINENT ABDUCTION OF RWANDESE REFUGEES IN DRC BY RWANDAN FORCES(RDF)                       


Reports from Kisangani indicate that 2 planes carrying Rwandan forces have landed in Kisangani with the intent to abduct and forcefully repatriate the refugees who are inside the transit camp, and this with the full complicity of the Congolese Government and Monusco.                     
According to sources inside the Congolese security services, the operation is supposed to cover all three transit camps, Kisangani, Kanyabayonga and Walungu.                              Based on the recent declaration by both MONUSCO and the DRC government falsily claiming that Rwanda is stable and peaceful enough to receive these refugees, we would like to remind the international community, that less than a month ago the Government of Rwanda slaughtered Congolese refugees inside Rwanda in broad daylight, and multiple reports by human rights organisations have well documented the extreme dictatorial nature of the Rwandese government, that it is unfathomable that the UN itself could be complicit in this kind of sinister plot to send innocent refugees to their certain death.

Merci!Non je n'avais pas eu le document mais j'avais été interpelé par cette "capture d'écran sur Facebook" où l'on parlait de cette dame ex-FAR et maintenant Inyenzi-Inkotanyi. Ceux qui l'ont connue ont commencé à témoigner ( voir le florilège dans les premiers commentaires) . A suivre donc!.
