Sir  Kagame as all he works with are human.
They can be guilty of any wrongdoing, especially when they are no longer shielded by the immunity of  power!

Que voulez vous? Si les Hutu Burundais sont aussi peu murs que l'etaient ceux du Rwanda, ils vont se noyer aussi.  Qui ne s'adapte pas aux changements perit.
