Iyi mikorere ya FPR irakocamye ( n'ubwo wowe uyishimagiza kandi ukaba unayiishimiye) kubera ko iyo jenocide ivugwa itakozwe n'abahutu bose (yakozwe b'interahamwe gusa n'ubwo nazo atari zose) nk'uko abahutu bishwe ( mbere y'iyo jenoside, muri iyo jenoside, na nyuma y'iyo jenoside) batishwe n'abatutsi  bose (bishwe n'inkotanyi gusa n'ubwo na zo atari zose zakoze iryo bara). 

Tujye rero tumenya kuvuga ibintu uko biri nta marangamutima cg gukabya tugamije kwishyira imbere, tukiyibagiza akababaro ka bagenzi bacu.

Uti hakorwa iki, kwibuka byakorwa bite?

Hera muri icyo gihugu urimo urebe uko bibuka jenoside yakorewe abayahudi, uko bibuka intambara z'isi, utarabukire no mu bindi bihugu urebe uko inzibutso zubatse.

Rwanda. L'association "IBUKA" en porte à faux avec les services secrets du régime ?

Après l'arrestation surprise à Londres le 20 juin denier du général Karenzi Karake, espion en chef de Paul Kagame, comme à l'accoutumée, le régime a organisé des manifestations dites « spontanées » devant l'ambassade de la Grande Bretagne à Kigali. Elles visaient à faire pression sur la justice britannique. Plutôt folkloriques que convaincantes, ces manifestants avaient juré de ne quitter l'ambassade que pour aller accueillir le général Karenzi après sa libération. Hélas ! Après quelques jours, ils furent invités par le maire de la ville - celui-là même qui leur avait demandé de manifester - de dégager les lieux, et ils se sont exécutés avec des acclamations. 



Tout au long de ce folklore qui a duré quelques jours, la puissante organisation « IBUKA » a eu l'occasion de venir devant l'ambassade britannique à Kigali pour faire passer son message et en rajouter sur la pression que le régime entend exercer sur la justice britannique et espagnole. C'est à cette occasion que le 26 juin 2015, son représentant s'est livré au lynchage médiatique en citant des noms des personnes jugées par la même organisation « d'ennemis  du Rwanda », qui seraient des membres ou des soutiens des FDLR vivant dans les pays occidentaux. Seulement, à y regarder de très près, IBUKA n'a fait que reprendre la liste qu'avait dressée la sympathisante du FPR sous la couverture d'une organisation « bidon » dite de défense des droits de l'homme « Africa Watch ». Nous avons cité Rakiya Omar. 

En effet en 2008, cette militante du FPR d'origine somalienne et vivant à Londres, sur payement d'un montant des 100.000 $, a produit un soi-disant rapport d'expertise sur les FDLR pour le compte du Ministère rwandais de la Justice. Dans ce brûlot d'une centaine de pages mais grassement payé, la militante du FPR n'a fait que compulser les rumeurs, les accusations mensongères ou politiquement motivées et présenter le résultat comme le fruit des recherches approfondies et de terrain ! 

Depuis lors, le fameux rapport d'expertise de Rakiya Omar s'est discrédité de lui-même et aucune instance sérieuse ne peut plus oser s'y référer. Mais visiblement IBUKA est en retard d'une guerre et surtout en déphasage avec les services secrets du pouvoir du FPR. En effet, certaines personnes citées à l'époque par Rakiya Omar sont actuellement des dignitaires ou des protégés des mêmes services secrets, soit parce qu'elles étaient des « taupes » introduites dans les instances des FDLR, soit qu'elles ont par après fait allégeance. 

Si la puissante organisation tutsi IBUKA était à la page, elle n'aurait pas par exemple cité un certain Gilbert Nyatanyi parmi les responsables des FDLR recherchés alors qu'il a pignon sur rue à Kigali !

Finalement, on est en droit de se demander si IBUKA et les services secrets du FPR défendent les mêmes intérêts ou se marchent quelques fois sur les pieds. Alors que IBUKA pense que tout Hutu devrait être considéré comme un criminel et traité comme tel, le FPR quant à lui blanchit, sans état d'âme, ceux que cette organisation a dans le collimateur dès lors qu'ils servent momentanément ses intérêts politiques et condamne lourdement des innocents, comme Madame Victoire Ingabire, dès qu'ils lui sont politiquement hostiles.
