The United States welcomes the Congolese Constitutional Court's certification of Felix Tshisekedi as the next President of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).. We are committed to working with the new DRC government. We encourage the government to include a broad representation of Congo's political stakeholders and to address reports of electoral irregularities.

The United States salutes the people of the Democratic Republic of the Congo for their insistence on a peaceful and democratic ‎transfer of power. We also recognize outgoing President Joseph Kabila's commitment to becoming the first President in DRC history to cede power peacefully through an electoral process.

Dans le cas du soutien à Habyarimana, ils sont allés quand même jusqu'au bout sauf qu'en face il y avait des jeunes africains débarrassés du complexe du "tout puissant français intouchable", emmenés par qui vous connaissez! Illustration en image!

La francafrique, c'est comme la pedophilie, un adultos abusant de bambinos! La France, d'hier et d'aujourd"hui, est francafricaine. La jeune elite africaine fut abusee, elle est soumise au meme abus, par des Francais, des "foccart".

En meme temps, d'autres Francais, des "Foucher", protegerent une jeunesse promise a l'Avenir. Nous sommes cette vieille jeunesse. Helas, beaucoup d'entre nous, les "kagamenos", servent la francafrique abusant jeunes, adultes et vieillards.

Que faire pour chaser de la terre les faucons foccartistes et soigner de facon efficace les criminels kagameens?

Amusant!
Mais tous les français qui sont apparus en Afrique n'étaient pas barbouzes ou mercenaires. Certains exerçaient des métiers voire des fonctions beaucoup plus calmes.
Le côté ludique de la chose ne m'aurait pas déplu, mais il y avait un peu trop de dégâts collatéraux. Je fus beaucoup plus sage, désolé!
