[Rwanda Forum] La Centrafrique, terre de conquête du Rwanda


On compte plusieurs milliers de Rwandais en République centrafricaine (RCA), dont une bonne partie dans la capitale, Bangui, mais on ne les voit guère. « Ils sont très discrets et vivent en cercle fermé », observe un entrepreneur centrafricain.
