C' est vraiment dommage que de tels crimes passent inaperçus dans une indifférence totale de la communauté rwandaise et internationale.On devrait en finir avec cette impunité.
 
Après tout cela,va-t-on douter d' un génocide à petit feu?
Trop c' est trop, il faudrait tout faire pour dénoncer tous ces crimes contre l' humanité.
 
 

RWANDA: 30.000 VICTIMES DANS DES INCENDIES DES PRISONS?

Une dépêche de l'agence Hirondelle fait état de 30 000 prisonniers condamnés aux travaux d'intérêt général disparus dans la nature. Cette information ne peut laisser indifférent tout observateur averti.

En effet, le 5 juin 2014 (Gitarama), un incendie a ravagé la prison centrale de Muhanga. Un mois après, soit le 7 juillet, la prison de Rubavu (Gisenyi) a été attaquée par un incendie. Dans les deux cas, les victimes ont été minimisées. A Muhanga, les autorités ont affirmé qu'il n'y avait eu aucune victime. A Rubavu, la police a parlé de 3 détenus décédés et de 40 blessés. Mais aujourd'hui, l'énigme de ces incendies semble résolue.
Les deux prisons regorgeaient de milliers de prisonniers qui auraient été calcinés dans les incendies. Les autorités pénitentiaires, pour amortir le choc, parlent de 30000 prisonniers condamnés aux Travaux d'Intérêt Général (TIG). Ce qu'elles ne précisent pas, c'est que ces travaux concernent également des condamnés encore valides qui, par camions entiers, sont embarqués chaque matin pour des travaux sur des chantiers des entreprises qui rémunèrent l'Etat ou pour se livrer au concassage des pierres destinées à paver des routes. Encadrés par des hommes armés, ces forçats réintègrent la prison à la fin de leur dure journée. Selon toute vraisemblance, ces incendies les ont atteints d'une façon ou d'une autre.

Quand le régime rwandais incarné par le Front Patriotique rwandais (FPR) parle cyniquement de 30.000 prisonniers disparus, il ne s'imagine pas l'ampleur de la catastrophe. Ce chiffre représente au moins l'ensemble des habitants de deux communes rurales du Rwanda. Deux communes peuvent-elles se vider de leurs habitants ni vu ni connu, sans que les autorités locales s'en aperçoivent ? Cela est encore plus inquiétant quand on sait que le Rwanda est quadrillé par différentes milices.
Au niveau communal, il y a les agents de la défense locale, les « Intore » ou la jeunesse du parti FPR, les « nyumbakumi » dont chaque membre est chargé d'encadrer 10 ménages, la police communale, …  Sans compter que ces prisonniers sont ceinturés, lors de ces travaux, par des gardiens pistolet à la hanche et kalachnikov en bandoulière. 30.000 personnes ne peuvent donc pas passer dans les mailles du filet de ces structures étatiques omniprésentes. La vérité est que ces gens ont péri dans des incendies criminels qui ont ravagé, en juin et en juillet 2014, les deux plus grandes prisons du pays.
Des disparitions au programme pour réduire le Hutu à sa plus simple expression
Après avoir dit, en août 1996, dans un meeting à Nyamirambo, qu'avec une petite capsule ou une petite cuillère, on peut vider un tonneau, Paul Kagame est passé aux actes. Pour lui, le fait que les Hutu soient nombreux ne constitue pas un problème. Cette métaphore donne une idée de l'ampleur de sa politique criminelle. Il suffit de tuer les Hutu, petit à petit, jusqu'à les exterminer. A la manière d'une goutte d'eau qui tombe du tonneau sans discontinuer.
Le tonneau finira par se vider si le petit trou n'est pas colmaté. Les événements passés et récents confirment cette politique d'annihilation de l'ethnie hutu. En effet des tueries massives des Hutu ont eu lieu surtout depuis 1994 : les massacres de Kibeho, le nettoyage du Nord du pays entre 1998-2000, les camps de concentration et des fours crématoires notamment dans le Parc National de l'Akagera et dans la forêt naturelle de Nyungwe, les bombardements des camps de réfugiés de l'ex-Zaïre, la mort par la faim et les maladies dans des prisons bondées, l'élimination par la justice gacaca (« la quasi-totalité des hutus masculins âgés de plus de 14 ans en 1994 a été jugée! »), …
Récemment, ce sont des disparitions massives de milliers de Hutu. 16000 dans la région de Ngororero, et voilà encore 30.000 disparus  on ne sait par quelle baguette magique. Les ONG de défense des droits de l'homme telles que Human Rights Watch ont dénoncé ces disparitions forcées opérées par les autorités rwandaises. Selon le président rwandais, tous les Hutus sont des génocidaires. Il s'attelle ainsi, avec hargne et méthode, à les faire disparaître.

Rwanda has placed a German student with Ebola-like symptoms in
isolation, and was waiting for test results checking for the deadly
tropical disease, the health ministry said late on Sunday. It comes as
a hostel in Hamburg was cordoned off in an Ebola scare.

"Samples from the suspected case have been sent for testing to an
international accredited laboratory for approval, results will be
available in 48 hours," Rwanda's health ministry said in a statement.
The patient is the first to be tested in Rwanda since the Ebola
outbreak in west Africa.

Minister of Health Agnes Binagwaho said the patient was a German
medical student, who had recently spent time in Liberia. He had a
fever and malaria but for "100 percent security" Rwanda had
quarantined him, until test results - expected within two days - were
back, she said.

An Ebola scare also broke out in Hamburg on Sunday after a 28-year-old
man from Sierra Leone was initially thought to be the first person in
Germany to be infected with the disease. He was taken to University
Hospital Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) after he complained of vomiting and
fever. He had been in Sierra Leone the week before but tests showed he
was not infected. His accomodation in Hamburg - a homeless hostel -
was cordoned off by police.

Ebola has claimed nearly 1,000 lives in west Africa in the worst
outbreak in four decades, prompting the World Health Organization last
week to declare the epidemic a global health emergency.

Like other nations across east Africa, Rwanda said it had put in place
measures against the deadly virus. "Surveillance systems and emergency
management systems have been established," the health ministry said.
"Health workers have been trained across the country and are
vigilant."

Le Rwanda a annoncé hier soir avoir placé en isolement un étudiant allemand hospitalisé à Kigali, présentant des symptômes de la maladie d'Ebola. "Aujourd'hui (dimanche) en fin d'après-midi, un patient de l'hôpital King Faisal présentant des symptômes d'Ebola a été mis en isolement dans l'attente des résultats de ses tests", qui devront déterminer si le patient souffre de la fièvre hémorragique, selon un communiqué du gouvernement rwandais. Les résultats devraient être disponibles sous 48 heures.

Selon un tweet d'Agnes Binagwaho, la ministre rwandaise de la Santé, le patient, un étudiant allemand présentant des signes de fièvre et atteint de paludisme "avait passé plusieurs jours au Liberia avant de venir au Rwanda". Il s'agit du premier cas suspect d'Ebola au Rwanda depuis le début de l'épidémie qui frappe l'Afrique de l'Ouest depuis le début de l'année.
 
L'épidémie a fait au moins 932 morts sur 1.700 cas présumés depuis le début de l'année dans quatre pays d'Afrique de l'Ouest, amenant l'Organisation mondiale de la santé à décréter vendredi "une urgence de santé publique de portée mondiale".
