Monsieur Foucher et d'autres nautes, les Francais sont en train de jouer aux Rwandais du " Plus Belle la Vie",  exactement comme cette emission que nous suivons chaque jour a FR 3. Certains Rwandais sont dans le role comme celui de la  procureure Muja, dans celui de Francesco ou Pauline au moment ou les bons francais seraient dans celui de Jenny, Mirta, Luna, Anne, Kevin, Barbara, etc.
Tout homme sage voyait que la guerre allumee le 1er octobre 1990 par RPF a partir d'Uganda etait une malediction qui avait une grande probabilite de bien blesser le peuple rwandais et surtout sa minorite Tutsi. Il ne fallait pas etre militaire francais ni grand general Varret pour s'en rendre compte et prophetiser. Mais le monde actuel est fou du gain odieux pour lequel il brasse faux, mensonges et idioties, a l'exemple de cette video  https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzIVKWgv-Kx1xVNeSfvfkoA

Ces histoires avec general Varret sont plutot une preuve de comment les occidentaux se moquent de nous, les Africains. Lorsqu'un faible (selon general Varret) debutait une guerre armee, a quoi s'attendaient-ils, ces aimables Occidentaux (francophones et anglophones)? Pourquoi ont-ils admis une telle guerre (entre refugies et citoyens) jusqu'a 4ans, dans un Rwanda leur soumis et compose de deux groupes vivant seculairement a couteaux tires? Pourquoi ont-ils ensuite admis que le chef de l'Etat, apparemment plus raisonnable que les cons (toujours selon general Varret) soit tue le 6 avril 1994, laissant ainsi un vide qui etait alors propice aux cons ? Si cela etait la meilleure solution, qu'ont-ils prevu ou fait pour limiter d'eventuels risques/ degats consequents? C'est cela leur responsabilite meme s'ils essaient de s'y soustraire en la chargeant les pauvres africains et https://nsarchive2.gwu.edu/NSAEBB/NSAEBB472/  est bien clair la-dessus.

Rien ne sert donc d'inonder les Rwandais d'emotions bien tardives, inutiles puisque les notres sont deja morts et ne reviendront jamais, a moins que nous recevions d'eux ,compensations financieres et reconnaissance d'avoir ete trahis. Tel serait l'unique et veritable interet de ce combat rwando-occidental.

Il est tout à fait faux de dire que n'ont pas ete prises en compte les alertes sur un risque de génocide envoyées à Paris par les militaires fra'ncais Présent à Kigali à la suite de l'attaque du 1 octobre 1990.
Rien de nouveau dans le discours de Varret, ces alertes qui n'étaient pas lui, sont connues depuis au moins 1998, date de la mission d'information parlementaire française.
Une fois de plus on essaye de faire le buzz avec du vieux..

TODAY MARCH 12, 2019 I REMEMBER MY RELATIVES BUTCHERED AT RIVER LUBUTU AND IKELA VILLAGE IN DRC.

22 years ago by this time the Rwandan Patriotic Front led by Kagame, the UDPF led by Museveni, Burundian army led by Pierre Buyoya, and AFDL led by Laurent Desire Kabila had finished killing the Rwandan Hutu refugees who had camped at Tingitingi and Amisi in Maniema province in DR Congo. They had now captured the city of Kisangani and burning any Hutu refugee in Congo alive. I remember the night shooting at the Lubutu River when the multitude of us wanted to cross the bridge and RPF of Kagame and UPDF of M7 had put several machine guns pointed at the bridge and shot us. We were around 300,000 Rwandan hutu refugees, women, children, pregnant women, sick people, and elderly ones all trying to cross the Lubutu bridge then they started shooting us. The more they shot us the more people continued pushing from behind because there were other RPF soldiers shooting us from behind. The corpses were so many until people and bodies started falling into the river. Their shooting went on from 3am until morning. Many families drown into river lubutu. The dead and drowning people were soo many and they made new bridge and people started stepping on them to cross the river. That is how myself and few others who survived managed to cross River Lubutu...


When Kisangani fell into the hands of the Western and corporate mercenaries led by Kagame those who weren't killed went into hiding into the Equatorial forests. Then Kagame came up with a plan called Rwandan Refugees for Sale. The Congolese who had hid some of us started hunting us like phacocheros for butchery. Each Rwandan Hutu refugee caught was worth $50. Now Congolese started handing us up. We were hunted day and night and those who were caught met their certain death. On this day I remember my uncle Irabaruta Schadrack and his entire family killed and thrown into River Lubutu. I also take this time to remember my Aunts and their husbands who were sold in Ikela,DRC and were slaughtered like pigs for sale. LEST WE FORGET

[haguruka] Rwanda Did Not Receive Invitation for ‘Africa Now’ Summit in Uganda – THE CHRONICLES

President Museveni is hosting President Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed of Somalia, Tanzanian Vice President, Samia Hassan Suluhu and Kenyan Deputy President, Dr William Samoei Ruto.

There was no Rwandan delegation at the 'Africa Now' Summit that opened today in Kampala, Uganda. 

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa is attending, as well as President Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed of Somalia, Tanzanian Vice President, Samia Hassan Suluhu and Kenyan Deputy President, Dr William Samoei Ruto.

A ministerial delegation today afternoon told journalists in Kigali at the Prime Minister's Office that Rwanda was not invited, that is why it did not send a delegation. 

The team was briefing media on the just ended government retreat and the resolutions adopted there. 

"We did not see any invitation, may be the invitation come through other channels," said Olivier Nduhungirehe, the State Minister in Charge of East African Affairs.

Kigali and Kampala are embroiled in a bitter row, and Rwanda seems to have decided Uganda either acts on its concerns or no relations at all. 

President Paul Kagame accuses Uganda's counterpart Yoweri Museveni of supporting Rwandan dissidents based in South Africa and DR Congo. Uganda military intelligence has arrested hundreds of Rwandans.

Some have bee dumped at border in horrible state after torture. Rwanda also accuses Uganda of blocking its exports and confiscating others. 

President Kagame yesterday March 11 received Kenyan leader Uhuru Kenyatta in a unannounced visit. It followed Kagame's visit to South Africa and Tanzania.

Observers have suggested a possible regional effort at mediation. 

"It is understandable that the President of Kenya has an interest in knowing the situation that his neighboring countries of Rwanda and Uganda are facing," Nduhungirehe, in the media briefing today. 

"Being a mediator was not on the agenda," he added.

Nduhungirehe said that President Kenyata going to Uganda could be aimed at trying to know the case better. 

Meanwhile, the 'Africa Now' Summit organizers found themselves in social media scandal. On the program, it was written "Keynote Speaker, H.E. Paul Kagame, President of the Republic of Uganda."

The conference hosting hundreds of delegates takes place March 12-13.
