Ubwo yari mu Karere ka Bugesera kuri uyu wa 2 Kamena 2013; Minisitiri w'Iterambere w'igihugu cy'Ubudage yavuze ko yishimira uburyo u Rwanda rukoresha neza inkunga ruhabwa n'amahanga. Ibi yabitangaje ubwo yari amaze gusura bimwe mu bikorwa igihugu cy'Ubudage cyateyemo inkunga, biri muri aka karere kahoze karibasiwe n'inzara ariko ubu ikaba yarabaye amateka.

Ubwo yageraga mu Murenge wa Gashora ahagejejwe umuriro w'amashanyarazi ku nkunga y'igihugu cye, Minisitiri Dirk Niebel yanejejwe n'uburyo hagejejwe iterambere ubu hakaba hakorerwa ibikorwa bitandukanye bifasha abaturage kwiteza imbere.

Minisitiri Dirk Niebel kandi yatangaje ko igihugu cye kizakomeza gutera inkunga ibikorwa bitandukanye bifasha abaturage kwikura mu bukene no kubagezaho serivisi nziza; ibi ngo bizakorwa hatagwa inkunga izacishwa mu mishinga itandukanye naho inkunga yanyuraga mu ngengo y'imari ikazongera gutangwa mu mwaka w'ingengo y'imari wa 2014/2015.

Mu biganiro ya giranye na Minisitiri w'imari n'igenamigambi w'u Rwanda, Claver Gatete bagarutse cyane ku mikoranire hagati y'ibihugu byombi hagamijwe kurushaho guteza imbere ubukungu, kwegereza ubuyobozi abaturage, ibyerekeye imicungire n'imikoreshereze y'imari, n'ibindi.

Ubudage ni kimwe mu bihugu byarekuye inkunga byari byahagarikiye u Rwanda ubwo rwashinjwaga kufasha umutwe wa M23 hagendewe kuri raporo y'ibirego by'inzobere z'umuryango w'abibumbye umwaka ushize.

INCHALAH,

ibi byo guhora twijudnitse abategetsi bacu, niryo kosa rikomeye abanyafurika dukora (ngira ngo kubera ko tuba tutazi/tutabona/tutumva uko politiki ikorwa!!!). Ikibazo nyamukuru, ntabwo ari abategetsi b'afurika, ni abanyafurika ubwabo. Ingero:

1. Ubwo Sarkozy yatangiraga gutuka Kadhafi, amwita umudigitateri, abanyafurika benshi babisamiye hejuru, maze batiza umurindi Ubufaransa na OTAN mu gushwanyaguza Libiya (wongeyeho un petit groupe de libyens bagizwe ibikoresho na ba runyunyuzi!!!).

2. Muri Côte d'Ivoire, ubwo abafaransa babeshyeraga Laurent Gbagbo ko yibye amatora, ko ari umudigitateri watsinzwe amatora akanga kuva ku butegetsi, abanyafurika benshi babisamiye hejuru (ibyakurikiye urabizi, sinirirwa mbitindaho!!!)

3. Muri Mali, naho abafaransa bashatse urwitwazo. Kuba barimo kubombarda tout ce qui bouge, bica abaturage urubozo, ariko ntibivugwe, ntacyo bibwiye abanyafurika benshi.

Igihe cyose rero tuzaba twitana bamwana, nta kizabuza amarorerwa nk'aya kubaho (haba mu Rwanda, Kongo, Sudani, Somaliya, n'ahandi hose muri Afurika!!!).

Ikindi, mpamya ko hari ubwo abategetsi b'Afurika baba babona uyu mukino wa ba runyunyuzi, ariko bakabura uko bagira, kuko abaturage basamira hejuru propagandes za médias za ba runyunyuzi (BBC, RFI, VOA, etc.), bakarwanya abategetsi babo batazi ko barimo kwicukurira umwobo!!!

Urumva rero ko ibintu atari si simple que ça!!!
