Abanyamahanga bacururiza ku muhanda ntibakurikiranwa ariko abanyarwanda babikora bakabizira

Aha aba bazunguzayi batanga urugero ku bamasayi baba bacuruza inkweto mu mujyi wa Kigali, bakagera aho babonye hose ariko ugasanga nta muntu ucunga umutekano numwe ubabujije cyangwa ngo abake ibyo bacuruza.
Ibi ngo biri mu biri kubabaza aba banyarwanda bakubitwa n'inzego z'umutekano umujyi wa Kigali washyizeho ngo bamagane abazunguzayi.
