Avec 54% le Rwanda caracole à la premiere position, suivi de la Tz (49%), le Kenya (31%), l'Ouganda (27% ) et exaequo au 165eme rang mondial, le Burundi et la RDC ferment la marche avec la note largement généreuse de 19% quand on sait ce qui se passe dans ces contrées.
