Nous nous demandons pourquoi le Rwanda fait changer par force la Constitution et que l'ONU et la communauté Internationale n'osent pas condamner cette pratique antidémocratique.

Néanmoins, nous regrettons qu'aucune mesure n'a encore été prise contre le Rwanda alors que toutes les preuves démontrent qu'il est derrière les attaques perpétrées  contre les burundais innocents."...
