3. Kuvuga ko impunzi z'abanyawanda zitakibaho, kubera ko ari uko byanditswe mu mpapuro zimwe na zimwe cyangwa kubera ko kubyumva gutyo bishimisha Kagame ni ukwibeshya. Si uko izo mpunzi z'Abanyarwanda zibibona ndetse n'Abazicumbikiye. Kumva kuri impunzi biba mu mutima wawe si mu mpapuro.
