Remarquez par exemple, comment cet homme-loup deploie tant d'energie lorsqu'il faut faire du mal, honnir ou detruire l'autre mais qu'il devient comme un mort incapable de bouger lorsqu'il doit faire du bien, reconnaitre ou favoriser les bonnes performances de l'autre? Les dit- puissants n'ont aucun probleme de vendre ou d'envoyer des armes,  missiles et soldats ou constuire des prisons pour mater les pays pauvres mais ne peuvent aider avec la meme intensite ces miserables a avoir un developpement veritable, non de facade?
 
Donc cher ami, la famille A. Rwigara devrait se rappeler de cet adage:
"Heureux qui satisfaits de leurs humbles realisations ne sombrent pas dans le desespoir lorque la fortune leur devient funeste et reduit tout en poudre".
