Burundi: les défis de la Commission vérité et réconciliation (RFI)
Nous souhaitons très bon succès a cette commission. C'est une très bonne initiative. Mais pour qu'elle soit crédible et que les résultats soient reconnus par la communauté internationale , la commission devrait aussi inclure comme observateurs les membres des organisations internationales des droits de l'homme et certains experts d'Afrique du Sud , un pays qui a l'expérience dans ce genre de consultations. Aussi je pense que cette commission devrait être assistée financièrement par la communauté internationale.
