The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has initiated a Master scholarship programme, as a supplement to the existing fellowship programme. The aim is to provide talented students from South partner universities with the opportunity to obtain a master’s degree from a Danish university in order to contribute to the development of their countries.
The scholarship programme is part of the ‘Building Stronger Universities’ (BSU) initiative supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark. The administrative aspects of the scholarship are taken care of by DFC.
The Programme offers 38 two-year full-time scholarships available for commencement in September 2015.
Please take note that you have to be bachelor graduate from one of the following universities in order to apply:
- Ghana: University of Ghana and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology
- Tanzania: Sokoine University of Agriculture, Kilimanjaro Christian Medical College, and State University of Zanzibar
- Uganda: Gulu University
- Nepal: Kathmandu University
The call for applications and details about the application procedure are distributed at the above mentioned universities included in the BSU Programme.
Deadline for applications is respectively on 1 March and 15 March 2015
