Diaspora based Rwandan Civil Society denounces growing disappearances of Rwandans
Our organizations reiterate their determination to do everything possible to break the culture of impunity prevailing in Rwanda. Once again, we call on the dictatorial regime in Kigali to promote conditions conducive to the emergence of the rule of law, the only guarantee for the protection and empowerment of the people of Rwanda.
