Dearest Nzinink,

Guess you're sick. Wagombye kujya gushaka muganga wawe niba koko umufite cyangwa umupsychologue. It's not about emotions, it's all about the rule of Law. Again and again  Arusha Accords ≠ Constitution Law and Constitution Law ≫Arusha Accords. You got it?
As Arusha Accords (Law of Administration for the Burundi State during the Transitional Period) function is to advance the construction of political change in the transitional period precisely it helps the Interim government as a Preambule to the Real and accepted Permanent Constitution. So, the Burundian Constitutional law  has been established as the Supreme Law of the land and shall be binding in all parts of Burundi without exception. Finally: No amendment to this Law should be made. Likewise, no amendment may be made that could abridge in any way the rights of the Burundian people once their president was there for only one term presidency and we all know that  President Nkurunziza Pieter has no two terms yet under the Supreme Law.

San rancune !
