Umunyamabanga mukuru w'ishirahamwe mpuzamakungu O-N-U, Ban Ki-moon, yasohoye itangazo ku musi wa gatanu, italiki 28 z'ukwezi kw'umunani, umwaka w'2015, umusi Uburundi bwibuka imyaka cumi n'itanu irangiye amasezerano ya mbere ya Arusha y'amahoro n'ukunywanisha Abarundi ateweko igikumu, mu gihugu ca Tanzania.
Mu kiringo c'amezi atanu arangiye, ayo masezerano yarabangamiwe.
Umunyamabanga mukuru w'ishirahamwe mpuzamakungu O-N-U, Ban Ki-moon, yasavye Abarundi gusubira kwisunga amasezerano y'i Arusha, biciye mu biganiro, ukwumvikana n'ugutorera inyishu amatati biciye mu mahoro.
Yasavye abayobozi b'impande zose za politike kwerekana ubutwari n'ukubona kure, mu gusubira mu biganiro n'abo batavuga rumwe, bakarengera ibibazo vya politike bibatandukanya.
Amenyesha ko, uko ivyo izo mpande zidahuriyeko bishobora kuba bingana kwose, ari bito umuntu abigereranije n'ugusubira mu bwicanyi.
Ukwezi kumwe inyuma yuko amasezerano ya Arusha ateweko igikumu, umuhuza mu mugambi w'amahoro mu Burundi, Nelson Mandela, yavugiye mw'ishirahamwe O-N-U, kw'Uburundi bwinjiye mu kiringo gishasha c'amateka yabwo. Yatangaje kw'abazohungabanya amasezerano ya Arusha bazobibazwa imbere y'amateka.
Umunyamabanga mukuru w'ishirahamwe O-N-U, Ban Ki-moon, yasubiyemwo ubwo butumwa bwa Mandela.
Yerekanye umwizero kw'abategetsi b'impamnde za politike zose, harimwo abari mu buhungiro, bazokwerekana ukwiyemeza kwabo, ku vyerekeye kwubakira ku mahoro n'umutekano amasezerano ya Arusha yazanye mu Burundi.
