Actually Africa is a colony, countries like Uganda run Bank of Uganda for World Bank said so, The Chinese built the AU headquarter, how can you fail to build your home and define yourself independent? The West runs the Hague court which targets only Africans. Europe is paying for The East African legislature, countries like UK pay the salaries and infrastructure. Countries like Norway Sweden UK and China pay for Uganda health.
And you still define yourself independent?
