Ari nako Perezida Kagame ngo asesera yihisha abanyamakuru ngo batamubaza uburyo arimo gutgekinika itegeko nshinga.
Ngo abanyarwanda ntabwo bakababajwe n'uko itegeko nshinga ririmo gutekinikwa ahubwo bagombye kubyishimira kuko bizagaragariza amahanga ndetse n'abagishidikanya uwo Kagame ari we ku buryo bizihutisha amahinduka kuko n'abashyigikiye Kagame ntabwo bazabona uko basobanurira abaturage babo impamvu bakomeje kumushyigikira.
