Perezida Habyarimana niwe wakunze kuvuga ati wamenye uko uresha ! Kagame na Mushikiwabo babimenye ibyinshi bimaze kwangirika nokurenga inkombe hagati y'Umubano w'u Rwanda n'Ubufaransa.
Cyakora igihe ntikirarenga niba biyemeje guhindura imyitwarire ku Bufaransa badakoresha "one direction" diplomacy isaba ko Ubufaransa bwakwirengagiza ibyo butishimiye bukaba aribwo burebwa gusa no guteza imbere imibanire hagati y'Ubufaransa n'u Rwanda.
