Dites plutôt que l'administration Obama est paratagée entre reconnaitre la responsabilité de la France, ce qui serait le début d'une véritable solution pour la région des grands lacs, comme a eu le courage de le faire l'ancien ambassadeur du Canada à l'ONU, Stephen Lewis, qui a participé à une enquête de l'UA, OUA à l'époque...
et le fait de devoir se conformer à cette sorte de pacte que rappelle Hubert Vedrine...
